We want you to love your BioWare gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition collectibles and digital items are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
